Joanna tailors her treatments to target the root causes of her patients’ concerns, utilizing a holistic approach to restore motion, symmetry, and balance through gentle manipulations. This approach enhances the circulation of the “four rivers of life”—nerve, artery, vein, and lymphatic—thereby promoting the body’s self-healing and self-regulating abilities. Joanna provides care for both individuals with specific issues and those seeking a general “tune-up.”
In addition to her clinical practice, Joanna serves as a teaching assistant at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she helps students refine their osteopathic techniques and strengthen their understanding of osteopathic principles.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

This diverse background, coupled with his hands-on experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant, allows him to expertly guide patients through individualized exercise programs to restore function and achieve their personal goals.

Outside of her practice, you can find Sarah staying active in her community by playing soccer, attending spin classes, or spending time with her family, friends, and pup.
